Return & Refund Policy

VeggieVita products are packaged food items. Due to safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns and we do not offer refunds. If there is an issue with your order, we will review it and provide a replacement as per this policy.

1. No returns and no refunds

All sales are final. Returned items cannot be accepted once delivered. Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. If your request is approved, the resolution will be replacement only.

2. Replacement eligibility

You may request a replacement only in the following cases:

  1. Wrong product delivered

  2. Missing product in the order

  3. Product delivered in damaged condition such as torn pack, leakage, seal broken, or tampering

  4. Product unfit for consumption at the time of opening due to a genuine quality issue, provided it was stored as per label instructions

Not eligible for replacement:

  1. Change of mind after delivery

  2. Items opened, partially used, or stored improperly, unless a genuine issue is validated

  3. Requests raised after the claim window

  4. Delivery issues caused due to incorrect address or incorrect contact details shared at checkout

  5. Delays caused by courier, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control

3. Claim window

All replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests raised after 24 hours will not be eligible for replacement.

4. What you must share for verification

To review your request, please share:

  1. Order ID

  2. Clear photos of the outer shipping package and inner product package

  3. Clear photo of batch number and expiry date on the product pack

  4. Unboxing video is strongly recommended, especially for missing or damaged items

  5. A short explanation of the issue

Please do not discard the product until the request is reviewed. We may request additional information for verification.

5. Replacement process

If approved:

  1. We will arrange a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability

  2. If the same product is unavailable, we may provide an alternate product of equal value

  3. Replacement delivery timelines depend on your location and courier operations

We do not offer pickup returns. In most cases, you will be asked to retain the affected product pack for verification and record purposes.

6. No order cancellation

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please verify your cart, address, and contact details before completing payment.
